Slow Down Retreat 2023

To the women who expose themselves without shame, letting complete strangers heal their organs and the way they breathe

To the women who come together, Sweaty yoga mats, coffee, more sleep then normal, snoring, breastfeeding women

To all the women who are women and have somehow been told that is less than or they should be more

you are a sturdy tree, an expert of yourself, an image of God, you can and should trust your gut, step forward into the women you were made to be, all of her story and grieving and lonely nights, they all made you into the woman I see today, stretched across all of us, drinking in our praise. The hard of life has been your education, and you will not despite it, I know this, because women turn what there given into beauty, it is what we do. We are made to rise up anyway.

To never give up.

I hope this retreat helped you to stand firmer on those two feet that i love so dearly. Godwatches you, smiling, I can tell because I watch you smiling and God loves you so completely more than I could ever.
