Slow Down Retreat 2023

You are receiving this link because you have expressed interest in the “slow down retreat” coming up in November!
More details will come the week previous to arrival!
Dates: November 10-12, 2023
When: 6:30pm November 10 - 11:00am November 12
The Goal: rest, nature, encouragement, community + friendship, creativity, good food, filling the soul — to feel no guilt in relaxing and slowing and discovering more of who you are and what you have to offer this world. We hope you leave feeling encouraged and seen in a way you haven’t before.
Where? Newaygo, MI (address will be sent to those who choose to come and closer to the date!)
Tentative schedule:
November 10
6:30 pm - arrive, snacks, wine
8:00 pm - encouragement session! A very fun way to get to know one another.
10-12 - sleep or hang!
November 11
8 am - nature walk, coffee, journal, sit on the porch, whatever you want (or sleep in!)
10 am - brunch together
11:30 - 2:00 pm - Art session / creative time (either without agenda or some form of instruction)
2-6 pm - Rest/free time / massage or yoga session
6:30/7 - dinner out
8:00 - 10/11 - journal / dream / goal setting or free time
November 12
pack up*
8:30 am - coffee, nature walk and journal
10:00 am - brunch
11:00 - head out
*all activities are optional, this retreat is a time and space for you to do whatever it is you need and you’re more than welcome to skip a session/meal/activity to find quiet, napping, slowness, and nature.
